Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Potionkeep (the app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is published by Virtual Verse Studio (we, us).

2. License

We grant you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, noncommercial tracking. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer (except where that restriction is prohibited by law), or misuse the app.

3. Not medical advice

Potionkeep is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Every timing and value in it is one you enter yourself. The app gives no medical advice, no dosing recommendations, and no safety guidance. Starter entries are editable examples, not suggestions. Nothing in the app should be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about any medication, supplement, or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about what you take. You are solely responsible for how you use the information you record.

4. Your data and responsibility

The app stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for your device, for keeping your own backups (for example via the app's export feature), and for the accuracy of the information you enter. We cannot recover data that is lost, deleted, or on a device we do not have access to.

5. Purchases

The app is free to use. An optional one time Potionkeep Pro unlock adds cosmetic and convenience features. All purchases are processed and governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and their terms. Prices and availability may vary by region. Refunds are handled by the store, subject to the store's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding, and original assets are owned by us. Certain in app icons are provided by game-icons.net under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license; attribution is included in the app. You receive no rights to our marks beyond using the app as intended.

7. No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that reminders will always be delivered (device settings, permissions, and operating system behavior affect notifications).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, missed dose, or decision arising from your use of the app. Your use is at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may update or discontinue the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Virtual Verse Studio is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance.
